Research

Scientific and applied research is one of the key areas of activity of Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools AEO, as reflected in the 2030 Development Strategy.

The main goal of research is to identify and improve practice and actions that aid in fulfilling the mission and vision of Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools. Research results inform the improvement in teaching and learning, as well as support schools nation-wide that adopt the Intellectual Schools model in their context.

Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools consistently strive towards strengthening the research potential of the organization via the following:

• Coordination of research conducted in AEO and affiliated organizations;
• Experience-sharing and knowledge-sharing of Intellectual Schools;
• Teacher-led research;
• Research in the national system of secondary education.
