On October 21-25, 2019, employees of the branches of AEO "Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools" of the cities of Kokshetau and Kostanay attended the 48th annual international conference and the 23rd International forum on research in the field of school library science, which was held in Dubrovnik, Croatia. The World Library and Information Congress IFLA-2017, which was held in the Polish city of Wroclaw this year gathered thousands of specialists from libraries in more than 120 countries. Teacher-librarians of Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools took part in the largest professional event in the field of libraries and information services.

On August 4-8, 2017, the 46th Annual International Conference and the 19th International Forum on School Library Research "IASL-2017" were held at the California State University, Long Beach, California, USA, in which delegates attended: Librarians, library resource specialists, teachers, library consultants, school administrators, professors, teachers from universities and colleges in over 100 countries.

From July 20 to July 25, 2017, on the basis of the educational center FIF Technologies LLP (Singapore), the course "Expanding the library's capacity - providing media education and research in the school" for Nazarbayev intellectual teacher-librarians was held.
