AEO "Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools" conducts a training courses for the staff of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and for its subordinate organizations on the topic "Global Trends on renewal of the content of secondary education" with the participation of local and international experts. From the 8th to 19th of September the third stream improves their skills on the basis of Center of Pedagogical Excellence.
The main purpose is to improve the skills of the staff of Ministry of Education and Science and its subordinate organizations by sharing experience, exploring the world trends in education on the assessment system, trilingual education, organization of pastoral work. The course participants also became familiar with the concept of emotional management and the preparation technology of public speaking.

During the sessions critical issues of change management in education, curriculum reform, international research results on assessment of quality, mechanisms of supporting trilingual education, pastoral work and other issues of modern pedagogy are discussed.
During the course, participants are introduced to the trends prevailing in the area of professional development of teachers and school administration.
Partners are Cambridge International Examinations, Faculty of Education, University of Cambridge, Institute of Education, London (UK) and the National Institute for Education Measurements CITO International (Netherlands), Ministry of Education of Estonia.
International experts and trainers of the Center of Pedagogical Excellence and a group of AEO "Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools" staff organize a training in the form of active dialogue, collaboration, business games.
The participants had the opportunity to debate on the education issues with the experts during two weeks.
